Designed for use with our Flow Gel, the Flow Flask make it easy to track your carb intake and hit your numbers. We tested every bottle and flask we could get our hands on to find those with the best flow. The PF&H Flow Flask 300 can hold a full pouch of flow gel (that's 300g of carb in one flask).
