We stand by our products and services therefore we will ensure you are a satisfied customer. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We however only accept returns on swimwear, if there is a manufacturing fault or the product is in a complete unused state i.e. packaging and labelling is still intact. Please contact us on 07 574 0090 or email@example.com
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in the original and/or appropriate packaging to:

Currently we are set up to ship only within New Zealand and Australia BUT if you contact us by email we can obtain a shipping quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
