For those working out at a lower intensity and for shorter durations, this could also be a good option. The tablets make it easy to keep fuel and hydration separate so an athlete can drink as much or as little as they need without impacting carb intake. 1 tablet (1 serving) contains 250mg of sodium, as it is designed to be mixed in 500ml/16oz of water to achieve the relative concentration of 500mg of sodium per 1L/32oz.
